We collect CVs from applicants interested in one or more of our offers. Every CV is written in the ITC format, which allows for easy comparison of each candidate's details.
We perform the first telephone interview in order to make preliminary assessments of the overall competency of a candidate, especially in regards to their level of English.
All documents are then collected and reference checks are performed including employment history, criminal background and health checks.
If we are fully satisfied with the results and feel confident that the candidate is suitable for your specific requirements, we perform a second interview and then send the application to the potential employer who then obviously makes the final decision.If you would like to meet our selected candidates personally, and we encourage you to do so, you are very welcome to come to our head office in Krakow to conduct the final interviews.
We arrange travel for any prospective employee to ensure the final step runs smoothly.
